Halloween Jokes and Tales

Are you attending a Halloween party at a friend's place? Are you going there to meet new people? Then you must go in style! Now by 'style' I don't mean you need to attend the party in your Sunday best. It's Halloween, so obviously you will be showing up "in full costume". If done well, your costume may make an impression on the crowd, but what if you also had the gift of gab and could effectively tell Halloween jokes and tales? That would make an impression that goes beyond the visual!

So here's what you need to do. First, plan ahead and collect a few nice Halloween jokes and stories. That way you will be prepared to entertain the gang and keep them in good spirits. Now, you want to be ready with a wide variety of jokes and stories to tell: jokes FOR Halloween, jokes ABOUT Halloween, one-liners, etc. Categorize the lot and get the ball rolling.

I'll help you out with a few to set the mood.

When do ghosts usually appear? Just before someone screams!

What is a Mummies' favorite type of music? Wrap!!!!!

What did the skeleton say to the vampire? You suck.

What instrument does a skeleton play? The Trom-BONE!

Why didn't the skeleton cross the road? He had no guts!

What is a witch's favorite subject in school? Spelling!

Please keep in mind that Halloween is fun and the jokes and one-liners you tell should be funny Halloween jokes and not offend anyone.

Of course, Halloween is all about fright, so you should also tell some scary Halloween stories. Try reading some classic books, and Halloween tales to prepare yourself. Start with classics such as The Tell-Tale Heart and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow but feel free to read many more. The more you read, the better you'll be able to spin your own scary tales. With a little preparation, and a lot of nerve, you can be the "life" of the "dead" party. Mwa-ha-ha-ha-ha!
